Billing the parts without cutting the stock

Is there a way of keying in the parts use for the job and then bill the customer but i do not want the stock for the parts to be cut away.

Hi Rohizam,

Yes, you can enter parts used for a job by using Charges in RangerMSP. For each part you use, you can enter a charge, and use the relevant part item in the charge. You can enter the quantity in the charge, if you use more than a single part.

As for affecting inventory - RangerMSP does not manage inventory at the moment. In case you work with QuickBooks, you have the option of working with items which are linked to QuickBooks. In this case, when working with the inventory feature in QuickBooks, then using these items will affect the inventory levels.
