    History Filtering

We typically only look to the history tab on the account list to see closed tickets. I removed all checks from the drop to only show tickets and hide notes, documents, audits, etc. This make it so it only show tickets, which is what I am looking for. If I tell CommitCRM to Save Current Open Windows Configurations, exit and reopen CommitCRM it puts all the checks back on for the history tab.

Is there a way to accomplish what I am trying to do?

    Re: History Filtering

Yes, there is a way to accomplish this in a different way - the internal filter in the History tab is not saved between sessions (and I'm actually not sure this is the best way to see closed tickets anyway), so I would suggest a different way to approach it.

I believe the best way to go about seeing closed tickets, is to go to the account's Tickets tab, and use the status filter (at the bottom where it says [open]), to display only closed tickets (select [closed]). This requires selecting the filter each time, however it's much quicker than filtering the history types.

    That should do the trick.
